Will multiple hot patches affect the performance of FNDDLTMP.sql in oracle apps r12.1.3 and 11g DB?

After multiple hot patches FNDDLTMP.sql is running for long time though icx_sessions table has only less records. Hot patches applied are only ACMP packages to migrate custom codes in my project.
