Sales Order and Invoice Tax mismatch

Hello Dear Experts,

What would be the reason the tax amount is not displayed in the invoice which was generated from Account Receivable: Import Invoice Program, the correct tax amount is displayed at the Sales Order level. Pleas be kind enough to guide me through.
