Payable Invoices - Possibility to change the Invoice header GL date by one particular user even afte

Hi,

We are using R12 12.2.5. The system allows one particular user to change the AP invoice header level GL date even after the period is closed. The system allows that particular user to change the GL date from closed period to current date. . However there is an error message (The period is closed) appearing when the user again tries to give the same date as of the closed period date.

This issue exists with one particular user,where as the other users cant edit the header level GL date of the AP invoices which belongs to the closed period. Although the change at header level GL date doesn't have any impact on accounting, this has a possibility to create issues with custom reports. Is there any workaround available for this?
