Tab SQL Monitoring is disabled on SQL ID Details Page in EM Cloud Control 13c (13.3.0.0)

Hi,

We have a new EM Cloud Control 13c (ver. 13.3.0.0.0) on OEL 7.6 and use it to actively monitor the execution of SQL queries in our databases. But there was detected one problem that when i am click on the link from the Performance -> Top Activity -> <link sql id>  the page with SQL id Details opens and on this page the Sql Monitoring tab is inactive (disabled). Please see attached picture below

When I get to the same page with Performance-> Performance Hub -> SQL Monitoring -> <link sql id> then tab SQL Monitoring  - activated.

I click on it and get blank page. Picture was attached below
