validation failed with an error of PRVG-1900: The Directory "/tmp/CVU_12.2.0.1.0_oracle/" cannot be

We are going to install oracle installer on Exadata x6, but hit this error when invoke the runInstaller. Wonder if there is more details log that can trace to know which command exactly is trigger, then we can know how to overcome the error.
