ORA-20001: This person is not eligible for the element associated with this absence type.

Dear,

I have an issue that after final manager approved the leave request through work-list, I got the error "ORA-20001: This person is not eligible for the element associated with this absence type."

However, after we retry this error using workflow administrator, the leave was successfully committed to the core HR.

Please advise how to fix it ?
