Arabic Report generated to pdf giving Junk Character.

I have Reports in 12c giving Arabic output, in the report it is coming correctly but if I generate to pdf it is giving junk character in the Arabic words

os : windows 10

oracle forms and reports 12c ver  12.2.3.1.0

and i modified uifont.ali addind [pdf:subset] as below and attached my arabic report pdf
