Encumbrance Reservation for Future Up coming Years

Hi Experts

I have requirement where i I want to raise PR/PO for Future Years like Yr-2020, 2021, 2022

Please advise the Pre-requisites which needs to be taken care of to meet the requirement.

If I raise PR/PO for future Years, then how come the actual amount (I.e for Receipt) & Invoice Encumbrance takes place for Future Years.
