Control on freight charges while creating voucher

Hi,

There is a feature available to enter freight charges while creating voucher(PV) by entering in new line as 4 in Option field.

Eg. Suppose I need to enter 100 as a freight charges against a PO but while creating voucher I can enter any amount be it greater than or less than 100 as freight. Is it possible to have control on it through system.

Or Is there any way to enter that amount while creating PO as freight charges?
