Part Requirement Order - The following error occurred while processing the order: Cause: Validation

Hi All,

When we create a part requirement for a customer we are getting the below error.

The following error occurred while processing the order: Cause: Validation failed for the field - Ship To. Action:

When we have the source Org same as the org from where we are creating part requirement we don`t get this error. We have a case where the source Org is in a different OU. I have verified and have the same ship to address in the source org as well.

Attached FND_LOg as well, if that helps.
