How to group 4 requesters to view each other requisitions in Oracle iProcurement R12.2.7

We have 4 requesters who wants to see each other requisitions and if possible take action on behalf of them. We have AME enabled approval matrix for requisition approvals. How can we achieve this functionality in standard way?
