Manager view Total Rewards - Frequency?

If your organization has implemented Total Rewards for the Manager Self Service Talent Summary page, how often are they generated? The the employee statements, once per year is fine. The HR group here feels that it would not have value for Managers if they were not able to view any information for new hires during the year.

So do other organizations run statements for that purpose more frequently?

I appreciate any feedback.
