HOW DO WE SPECIFY PATHNAME FOR R31P404 - EXPORT ETO WBS TO MICROSOFT PROJECT WHEN RUNNING FROM WEB S

We are running JDE E1 on an IBM iSeries/AS400 and I'm trying to figure what path name to specify for the export file when running R31P404 - ETO WBS Export from the Web. And does this really work? Does this have to be run local on a fat client only?
