LEX Entries not created for Operating Leases even though Straight Line schedule has Accrual/Deferral

LEX Entries not created for Operating Leases even though Straight Line schedule has Accrual/Deferral Amount.

WE are on Image 30 and the 'Recognize Monthly expense' is checked at Lease Level as well as Business Unit level.  When AMDPCLOSE is running it is marking Straight LIne Schedule line as 'Processed' from 'Pending'.  So, looks like AMDPCLOSE is reading the line but not creating LEX accounting lines on DIST_LN table
