Data Pump Very slow (Both Import and Export)

Hello,

I have since few weeks issue with speed of Data Pump Operations.

1. expdp takes 20-40 minutes when before it went through below 1 minute.

2. impdp needs as well around 20 minutes to complete when before it was done in 2 minutes. First few imports were quick thought.

3. During fifth impdp, utility was complaining about directory object parameter. So I have to add this to continue.
