Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Expense Report status is showing as Pending System Administrator Action when submitted from mobile a

We are in to EBS 12.1.3 and we are using Oracle Fusion Expense app to submit expense from Mobile.

When we submit the expenses from Fusion Expenses mobile app the status of the expense report is showing as ‘Pending System Administrator Action’.

We also observed that there is no workflow triggered for these ME ER expenses.
