BN Rule Change not working in OTM Cloud
I updated the BN Rule to have a different numerical sequence for an existing object (SHIPMENT_XID) but it is not reflecting the change when I try to test the BN Rule or when i create a new shipment.
I am attaching a screenshot of the issue.
The existing BN rule for SHIPMENT_XID had started from 01000 and has progressed to 20039.
I updated the BN rule definition to start the numerical sequence from 50000000 for business reasons.
We see some overlapping numbers with other objects and it is very confusing for business.
So they are looking for a unique way to identify shipments just by looking at the number.
