Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we apply modifiers for charges entered on service request

Hi All,

Can we apply modifier automatically to discount 10% for the charges entered on service request.

I could see a metalink note 2225862.1 which states that modifiers cannot be applied automatically to charges entered on service request.

What is the use of profile 'Service:Default Manual Modifier'?
