How to add where clause to a LOV in customer OAF page?

We have created a customer site use DFF attribute & a LOV is assigned to the DFF attribute. The LOV is to list ship to locations and we want to restrict the LOV to only display ship-to locations that are under the specific customer account we've searched. How can we achieve this?
