Need help on deleting Timecards in oracle R12

Hi,

We are not able to delete timecards from either Application or Database(using API), we want a solution to be aligned with API, so that we can delete bulk of Timecards at once.

We are getting "No 0 hr timecards","Exempt employees must enter a minimum of 40 hours per week" errors when deleting timecards from Application
