NY - Unemployment rate

Hello,

We recently had a new  employee in NY. On the tax notice we received from NY, there is an Unemployment Insurance rate (that consists of the normal and subsidiary rates), and then there is an additional 'Re-employment Service Fund'.

I am trying to understand if the Experience Rate field on the Company State Tax table be a sum of both the above mentioned rates - Unemployment Insurance rate and Re employment Service Fund , or should it only have the Unemployment Insurance rate? Is there any other field where the 'Re-employment Service Fund' can be captured?
