Hi. I am trying to figure out how to fix a custom OTL timecard where the time in and out is not v

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

For our employees that enter time in and out, the notification time card does not show the time in and out. See below.  We are not sure where to go to try to resolve issue. 

If a manager highlights the area - the time will display in a blue font so it appears it is a font color  or style issue??   Total hours are visible and are calculating correctly.  We are using Project and Payroll With Project & Task details concatenated.  We are on R12.1.3     Any help would be greatly appreciated!
