FULL Export - 11g

Hi

We have a generic question about the data pump FULL export

Our objective is to migrate a 11.2.0.4 database into 12.2.x database on a different machine

We want to make sure we move all the application schemas and cross schema grants etc

The target database (12.2.x) is already created and there are no application schemas or tablespace created on that yet

Questions:

If we want to move / migrate a (11.2.0.4) database ensuring that we have all the application schemas and grants etc, should we perform a schema level export or FULL export?

Does a FULL export contains objects from SYS/SYSTEM/SYSAUX/SYSMAN schemas as well?
