Can we reopen individual PO lines vs entire PO

Hi,

We are in PeopleSoft 9.2. Can we reopen one of the closed PO lines. As per PeopleBooks, we can reopen the entire PO by running the AE PO_POREOPEN. The PO header is in dispatched status and some of the lines are closed. We need to reopen one of those lines.
