Siebel IP 2017 workflow versioning

Hi all,

Does anyone knows if there is a kind of versioning at workflows on version IP 17 and higher?

From our understanding and according to bookshelf there is not revise/expiration of the workflow and the previous version of the workflow lives on the last workspace which modified it. Is this correct, isn't it?

Moreover is there any easy way to find the previous active version of the workflow? As it understanding in an environment with many developers it is hard to know who last modified a workflow. Is there a fast way to spot it?
