Drop database 12c

Hi all,

I need your help to drop a database.

My oracle database software is installed on my server and the datafiles, controlfiles and redo log were stored on a shared storage.

After a crash of shared disk, all the database files were lost. So i need to delete the instance from my installation and recreate it.

Because all database files were lost, i can't STARTUP MOUNT EXCLUSIVE RESTRICT.

Help please.
