Where in the database can i find group security for entity access?

We would like to easily print reports that show which HSS groups have access to which Planning entities.  We would also like to show access to Planning task lists and even show Calculation Manager access as well.

Does anyone have tips on which database tables will show that data so that i can build an automated process to export these reports?
