Timezone for adhoc roles in sent workflow notifications

Hi!

We have 12.2.7 EBS

SIte profile : Server Timezone -> GMT +2(Amman)

Site profile:  Client Timezone -> GMT +2 (Amman)

and its the same  time  as we have physcially on  DB server + middle server

Checked in EBS:

Logged Sysadmin ->  Preferences /Regional -> Same timezone  GMT +2 (Amman)

Notifications send by WF Mailer to normal users ( FND_USER) are displayed correctly the timing.

For example Active users and send notification on completion if request to FND_USER

As soon as ADHOC role is used to send notification, the all time info  in notifications  ( SENT date + Request completion Date in body) is converted to UTC time.
