Supplier Merge - Multiple OU's, Sites and Agreements

On R12.1.3

EBS Financials / Payables

We have a supplier with 1 address and 5 sites.   Each site has the same name and address and is assigned to a separate OU.

There is also an Open Global Agreement that has all 5 OU's / Sites enabled on it.

When we run Supplier Merge (which will merge the supplier described above to a new supplier) we hit some errors:

1.  The first one is about the Global Agreement - A Global Agreement with the XXX and YYY has a purchasing site that is different from the YYY and hence the supplier cannot be merged to thea new supplier.
