Handles aren´t available in JD E1 9.2 Demo?

I am haviing a little problem i am following the Oracle course of JD E1 and i can´t access Handles from the Data Dictionary when i search for them, this is what i should get

And this is what i get from my JD E1 Standalone Demo  -> Nothing.
