BIP Bursting To Text Or CSV File

Hello All,

Firstly, I'm able to BI Publisher burst pdf files with no problems. I can go through Oracle EBS's concurrent program and burst the file. My question is how to burst an email attachment to a Text or CSV file. I have an RTF document built to support the PDF/Bursting the PDF and that works. Is there a way to take that RTF document and convert the attachment to a text/CSV file with the Bursting Control File?  When I use my existing Busting Control File I get a CSV file but, in HTML code and none of the XML data comes
