Is there a way to set up some sort of security that will allow specific users to do work in all divi

Currently, our accountants are assigned security to give them access to only certain divisions (groups of companies) within our corporate structure.  For example, our transportation accountant has access to companies 1, 2 and 3 which are the trucking companies (say Division A), and our sawmills accountant has access to companies 4 through 10 which are our sawmills companies (Division , and so on.  We would like to move to allowing our accountants access across all companies, but once we do that, we would be allowing access to all financial information to that accountant at the corporate level rather than the divisional level.  Has anyone found a solution to allow access required but still keeping high level financial information secure?
