Segragation of Duties Matrix

hello,

Hopefully, I am posting the question in right space. I am very new to oracle EBS financials.  Company I work for has no SOD in place and have

1) no controls for reviewing and revalidating the responsibilities and roles assigned to users with access to the Oracle Financial system

2) no documented procedures for managing access to the Oracle Financials system

3) instances identified where segregation of duties was not enforced within the Oracle Financials system

I am looking for SOD matrix at module, responsibility and function level so we can go through all users that have incorrect responsibility/function/menu.  I know this varies from company to company but I am looking for standard matrix provided by oracle or consulting company.  I am willing to pay for SOD matrix.     can provide necessary information.
