Are profile options used to drive the defaults on the Create Tasks from Template Group form or is th

I have found the Assignee Type and Assignee are set based on the profiles noted.    However, I cannot seem to locate the profiles used to drive the 'Owner Type' and the 'Owner' field.

Any help is appreciated.
