P4101Z1 question regarding primary locations

Greetings:

We have run across an item @ a BP that has two primary locations.  Rather than use SQL to change one of the locations to a secondary location, is it possible, using P4101Z1 & R4101Z1i  to update the PBIN from P to S for one of those locations?
