IFRS16 Compliance: Regarding the discount rate index in Property Manager

Hi,

We are currently on 12.2.6 and have just implemented Oracle Property Manager for IFRS16 Compliance. I would like to draw your attention to a particular issue regarding a business scenario.

There's a specific discount rate index for leases less than 5 years and there are approximately 200 leases in this category. Now at the beginning of every financial year this index is re-evaluated and changed.

Currently it is as below

Going forward before 1st April, 2020, in case there is a change in the index as a result of re-evaluation, there would be an additional row added and it would look like this
