Merging custom business functions to new installation

Hi! We are helping a customer to upgrade JDE 8.12 to JDE 9.2. There are a number of customized objects that were not merged in the first round of spec merge because the System Code (F9860.SISY and F9860.SISYR) are not set to 55-59. We then update the flags to 55 and merge the objects successfully. When we build full package for the pathcode, we found that the server package failing for those custom business functions with svrpkgbuild.log error message like below:

Thu Mar 21 17:21:23  -  spkgutil.c:8509 PKGUTL0113 ERROR: Command cp -fr /u07/JDEdwardsPPack/E920/packages/DV920FD/checkin/source/b5930880.c /u07/JDEdwardsPPack/E920/packages/DV920FD/source/CCUSTOM/b5930880.c failed. Failed to copy the directory.
