Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We want the field shipping instructions is mandatory when users enters a specific customer.

Please help us on the below issue.

In Sales order form we want the field shipping instructions filed to be mandatory when users pick specific customers numbers 2087,2088,2311 and 6196.
