Drilling Through from HFM shows blank landing page. ( FDMEE ver 11.1.2.4.220)

Hi everyone,
We found a problem of using the "Drill through" function. When clicking the "Drill through" in HFM,
a blank page shows up and no detail messages tell us the source of this data:
However, we definitely can see this amount in FDMEE workbench:
And the drill region has been set to "Yes":
So, does any have any other ideas?
