Mass additions create report issue

Dear Members,

We had some issues after creating a separate New FA book for a new OU. We also created categories and assigned to the New FA Book. We then setup invoices at AP using the Categories but when I submit Mass Additions Create we are unable to see the AP transactions.

We please need some assistance.
