How to enter multiple Move Transactions to Scrap with multiple Reason Codes/References?

Hi All -

Business users have a request to have the ability to perform multiple move transactions to Scrap step.  Currently, when the users are performing the move transaction to Scrap, they also enter the reason code/reference information.  Typically, there are multiple reasons that quantities are scrapped within the work order and the users need to perform multiple move transactions to record the various reason codes.  The Move Transaction form only allows single transactions to be entered and saved.   This is inefficient when up to 10 scrap transactions and reason codes need to entered in a Work Order.  Is there another approach/feature/functionality that
