How to delete the journal as delete button is greyed out in Manage Journals form in Oracle R13

As the delete button is greyed out, I did my research and found this information.

Can any one suggest how to enable the Journal entry directly and easily, as this note needs additional inputs

Select Program – Delete Journal Import Data. Provide the following parameters:

• Source: Identify the data you want to delete from the General Ledger import table by entering a journal entry Source for which you have imported data.
• Request ID: Enter the Request ID corresponding to the Journal Import run.
• Group ID: Enter a Group ID to delete all Journal Import data that corresponds to the specified source and group ID.Leave the Group ID blank to delete all Journal Import data that corresponds to the specified source, but has no corresponding Group ID.
