Create new tbs on ACFS destination hangs.

Hello, experts.

Environment:

ODA x7-2-HA

GI 12.2.0.1

RDBMS 11.2.0.4.160419

Questions:

Create new tbs on /flash01 (acfs mount point of flash group) hangs on first node. On second node operation completed after 10 min. However, no intensive I\O load on that group.

db_create_file_dest     string     /oradata01

df -h result:
