Does iStore Natively Support Credit Card Service Fees?

Good day, all.

I have a need to assess credit card processing fees when a payment is made through iStore. iReceivables has this feature right out of the box, but I can find no equivalent functionality in either the standard Receivables or iStore modules. Working with Advanced Pricing seems to be an out-of-the-way solution, so I hope that I am just missing something!
