External Access to Oracle Forms

I need to give an external user access to an Oracle Forms 11g application that is internal to my company without forcing them to connect to the company's network.  I have searched for information, but everything I read keeps suggesting the user must be on the network to access the application. I know Citrix access could be a possibility.  But are there any other alternatives?  If anyone has a solution for this kind of setup please advise.  Thank you.
