P4205 Proc Opt Relieve On Hand Inventory is Blank and system updates SO02

Have a situation with Pick and Ship Confirm using P4205 and Pick Confirm version uses the processing option - Relieve On Hand Inventory Override is BLANK ... however system is updating F4211:SO02 = 1 and hence next process Ship Confirm is not displaying the detail records ... any suggestions?
