Is this ADG configuration supported?

There are two RAC clusters, A and B.

Create CDB-1 (and several PDBs on it) in RAC A, configure CDB-1 (as primary) to replicate to a CDB (as standby) in RAC B.

Create CDB-2 (and several PDBs on ti) in RAC B, configure CDB-2 (as primary) to replicate to a CDB (as standby) in RAC A.

In summary, the two RAC clusters are configured to replicate each other (using ADG), but for different CDB pairs.
