How to resolve the problem of dataguard when the archivelog are not applied on a physical standby?

Hi Guys,

I've done with my oracle data guard configuration but archive log are not applied on the standby server and below are some information.

Please really need your help.

ON MY PRIMARY SERVER

SQL> sho parameter db_name
