Hi Experts, I want to create a snapshot database on Exadata using Sparse Disks. Please if you can

Hi Experts,  I want to create a Sparse Disk base Snapshot database on Exadata.  Please someone can share all the steps from creating grid disks to all the way to create snapshot.
