Generating zero dollar Credit Memo by Terminating Subscription Contract

I have successfully terminated a service agreement contract with a zero dollar override amount that creates a zero amount CM in AR. However, when I terminate a subscription agreement (with intangible subscription) with zero dollar override amount, I do not see the line created in the oks_bill_cont_lines table. And thus no CM data that transfers to AR. Is that possible? Appreciate your response!
